Meagan Steele


Meagan is a board-certified family nurse practitioner credentialed by the American Association of Nurse Practitioners (AANP).  She received her Bachelor of Science degree from Georgetown University and worked for several years as a surgical nurse gaining valuable experience while working with a wide array of anesthetic agents. Meagan completed her Master’s degree at The Medical University of South Carolina. Upon becoming a nurse practitioner, Meagan became deeply interested in the healing potential ketamine offered to both chronic pain and mood disorder patients she was caring for.



Rick Steele


Rick is a certified EMDR psychotherapist who specializes in the treatment of trauma and PTSD symptoms. Rick opened Aion Counseling, LLC. in 2020 to offer hope and ease patients’ suffering. Rick has been a longtime member of MAPS (Multidisciplinary Association for Psychedelic Studies) and has a deep interest in utilizing traditional medicinal approaches as part of the therapeutic process. Rick has extensive knowledge of, and  experience with, psychedelic compounds and the profound healing these ancient treatments offer. He brings this expertise to each client as he helps guide and incorporate their experiences through ketamine assisted psychotherapy (KAP) and ketamine assisted EMDR therapy.
